Marie Grace (Qualified Teacher)

Hi , As a nature-loving person, I feel blessed to have been given an opportunity to live in this beautiful country of New Zealand. I am a wife and also a long-time aspiring parent. It was a satisfying moment for me to finish my bachelor degree in Elementary Education in the Philippines, but it is even more rewarding to have earned my Diploma in TESOL here in New Zealand. After my diploma, I secured a job as a Student Services Support and Programme Administrator. Recently, I got my Provisional Teaching Certificate.

Being a teacher takes passion, patience and love to be able to meet the needs of every child. When I was young I always aspired to become a teacher and I am delighted to pursue this career. My profession inspired me to be a person that will have a positive impact in the lives of the young children. I have more than 6 years of teaching experience with children under 1 year in the Philippines, China and New Zealand. As a teacher. Children are gifts and blessings to every family. As a teacher, I would love to be a part of their milestone so that their whanau will be delighted in their growth and achievements.

I would like to end my statement with these words of wisdom from the book of Proverbs 22:6. “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”
